For what purpose? I cant imagine they are any cheaper as a replacement. Also, the stock set-up is sufficient up to 400hp so there's really no racing application.
If they are bigger, even by a little bit they will likely not clear the stock wheels without spacers and depending on their thickness of the spacer you may then need extended lugs to run them.
But where there's a will...try it an let us know! lol

You're better off going with the LS400 4-pot brake setup. Pick them up new from Kragen for $63/each+tax and core exchange, and then get the FIGs adapters and some brake pads and you're set. Should run you around $300 give or take for this setup.
Or just go with the TT Supra brake setup.
