SPC upper control arms = waste of money

with OEM UCA and BC coils i am already smacking the top of inner wheel well on big dips. was hoping aftermarket UCAs would help fix this, but no i dont know.
sidenote: i see the 1st gen BG GS in previous post. BG has nice styling.

Yeah, I work with BG and did the 5spd swap with him.
And regardless of if its an aftermarket or OEM UCA, its going to hit the inner well if you are low, if its an aftermarket arm its still in roughly the same position and will have the same amount of travel and come in contact with the wheel well.
Just get a whole saw and cut the well out and notch the body slightly around the strut tower above the UCA

Has anyone whos actually pretty low running these? Its been a few months since this threads been updated so just want to know if anyones bit the bullet.
The way i had my front i was running -4.5 degrees of camber and obviously as my daily tires were getting too costly. Ive cut out a hole for my UCA's to travel without hitting but just want to know if anyone's running these tucking more than half the tire up front. I do have custom fab'ed RCA's which i can remove if need be. Id be happy with +1 degree of less negative camber LOL..even though these say up to +2. SPC hasn't been online in about a year so, any help or about your setup with these would be much appreciated!

i have been running these for a few months and they are still running fine! if your goal is to ride low all the time i suggest having the knuckles chopped by atleast an inch so that the ball joint doesnt bang or protrude through the strut tower. i did find that the adjustment on the arms were minimal so i had them notched further a bit.
here is my static drive height. in this clip i was on the way from LA to SD.

You could cut the banana steering arm short, but then you run the risk of ubj hitting the tire, which means you either have to run effective low offset, or smaller overall diameter to clear it.
If the ubj cannot flex that much, the wheel motion/camber gain could get a little excessive with the uca at that angle. However, it is still not as bad as the LCA coming above the horizontal axis. Even with adjustable lca, many profesionally prepped cars still run rca blocks.

SPC vs the OEM price wise
I shouldn't be expecting any problem if I just want to replace my 11 years old upper control arms with a pair of S.P.C upper control arms at stock height? Since it would cost me around $650 at Sewell. Its pay to shop around.
