Default Time to go lower

Hey guys. I've been reading all over this forum everyday for 2 weeks and I decided to get off my stock height and drop it a little.

Mine is a 98 gs4 and this is what I'm leaning towards;
http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/Eibac...Q5fAccessories
BTW my goal is to get better handling, lower 1.5"-2.5", keep stock shocks(if possible) and do it INEXPENSIVE!!! This is my DD with 203k

It says 1" drop but I think these are the ones that people have been saying gets you almost 2" drop.
Am I on the right track boys?
I am very open to any advice you guys have to offer. Thanks fellas!

These will give you about 1 inch drop. It's a good upgrade... I paired it to my bilstein and it's stiffer. Try pairing it with your oem shock, you'll probably like it better.
