hold up....ksport coilovers CANNOT slam?

as for the RCAs...SAGE is 30mm and EXACT is 38mm thick....which means the same amount of drop.

if you plan to use 16s (for winter tires or whenever you feel the need to go back to stock)....then go with SAGE...cuz you will rub the inner barrel with the EXACT....also, I proved that 16s with SAGE and LS400 calipers barely clears without rubbing....so with EXACT, it will rub.

and for some reason i dont know why I cant go any lower in the front... its a new model coilover where you dont actually adjust the height from the spring. u adjust it from the perch on the bottom.. which means that you have to unbolt the swaybar on both sides and then the one bolt holding the strut on the bottom.. then you twist the whole bottom part making the actual length shorter or longer,,therefore that is what changes the height.. now i made it as short as i could in the front. I cant thing of any other way to make it lower in the front with the coils.. unless i put the fronts in the rears and vice versa. which i don't even think is possible...

thanks. so even though exact is 38mm thick it will still only drop it the same as sage?

fyi...spring perch = pre-load. yah...the only way to get them lower is to tighten up the spring at the pre-load. With that being said....it looks like you need at least 1 inch more of a drop up front...so I wouldn't recommend that much adjustment to any pre-load because you are compressing the piston travel range and stressing out the piston seals....I would recommend the RCA...esp. since you plan to run LS400 calipers anyways...you will need the RCA to avoid rubbing.

Btw...you can adjust the height at the lower mount without removing any bolts or nuts to the lower arms or sway bars...just loosen the locking ring at the lower mount...leave alone the pre-load.....and turn the threaded tube with your hands...much easier that way.

i dont think you can.

Note my ksport bag.. same setup like the coils really..

The proper way to make the car lower is to disconnect it from the LCA and turn the lower body clockwise?? and make the overall coilovers shorter.

perdy much remove LCA bolt that connects the strut.. and rotate the lower body.. after you free it of course.
