Default What is the least expensive place to get the L-tuned suspension?

Could I get it off the web, or do I have to go to the lexus dealership??? And how much will the shocks and springs run me?

Thanks...

Steve

Default L-Tuned Suspension...

I have the suspension package you are looking for available to me and would run you $515 for the spring and shock set. According to Lexus, the estimated install time is 4.4 hours. Most Lexus dealerships are about $100 an hour so you might be better off doing it yourself or find a "buddy" that can do it for you.

Steve is definately popular. I just purchased a Ltuned setup from a local dealer. The reason is that by the time I paid shipping from California it would of been the same price. So take that into consideration. The dealership wanted 1100 for labor, so I decided to go somewhere else for installation.

Amazing that local price was same even taking into account shipping because there's no sales tax when buying out of state from Steve.

$1100 for labor and you're in Atlanta? What dealer!?!?! I paid $440 at Hennessy including springs/shocks replacement, 4 wheel alignment and STB install!

Default More input

I bought my L-Tuned from my dealer (Sewell Lexus of Dallas) and paid $505 for shocks/springs and $440 for install. I did pay an additional 100 for 4 wheel alignment. The 4.4 units of install time is apparently a Lexus standard.

Liazon, I have yet to get the parts installed, but I will probably go to another dealer due to the warranty. Another option is to get them put on at the tire shop when I put on the Works. Any shop that does suspension work should be able to handle it, the Ltuned parts appear to be similar to most shocks/springs.

Bit, I bought the parts at Nalley Lexus a few weeks ago for 5% off retail, so I guess it cost me about $5 higher to buy local. They are also the ones who qouted me on the install, it was actually about $1200 including tax and everything. I think maybe the guy gave the labor for the entire Ltuned package or something like that. He said they were making brochures up for the L-tuned package, we'll see. I'll check out Hennessy this week hopefully.
