Lightbulb H&R Sport Springs

Does anyone have these installed on a 98+ GS??? I would like to see what they look like as well as feedback on the ride and handling quality.. I am using stock is17's and will be using them with H&R 25mm spacers in the rear.

Thanks,
Rock

PS.. What do you all think of the look???

I have the H&Rs. Ride quality = good. Look = good (slightly lower than L-Tuned) I can't say if there will be any rubbing with the OEM 17s pushed out by wheel spacers. What size tires are you running? I'm running 19X9.5 and/or 10 on 275s without it rubbing. I say Go for it. btw, nice clear lenses. Did you get your cliper stickers?

Thumbs up H&R springs

Thanks for the props. I am running on 235/45's and the look is sooo much better than the 215/45's that usually come standard.... Speaking of that... I want to get a hold of some of those caliper stickers..... Who can I get those from and how much??? I would like a set of them.

Default BTW

Do you have any pics of your ride on the H&R's??? I would really like to see how they look. I have a NASTY nearly 3" of gap in the front and almost 2 in the back. I want to get that lower stance in the front.. Maybe a 2 finger clearance in back and 1 finger clearance in front. I know that the best thing for that is the coil over, but I want to see what I can get for a couple of hundred bucks and if it will be worth it. Eventually though... I might have to give in and get the coil overs...

Rock,

If I am not mistaken the OEM 17s come with 235/45. KLnowing that, i don't think you'll rub with the H&Rs. Anyway, I have the stickers for sale. PM me if intereested. If you want a 1 finger gap in the front you will have to go with coilovers. The H&Rs give a 2 finger gap all around. I'll send you pictures tonight - b4 and after shots.

Bravo, I sell the stickers, PM if you are interested.

Tru dat yo.... However, the is300 17's come with 215's remember? I switched to the GS 235's and they look much better because the wheel is only 7.5 wide I think, where the GS is 8.0 right??? Anyhow, I definately want the stickers... How can I get my paws on them???

Default H&R

It looks nice bro... the only problem is that I have the stock 17's on 235/45's, and I don't think you have the same size wheels right? What size wheels do you have??? I was hoping I could see a pic of someone's ride that is using the stock 17's and H&R srings to get a good indication of the look.

Thanks,
Rock

Default H&R

Hey that looks pretty tight... What kind of clearance do you have in front and back??? Can you use the finger method and tell me what type of clearance you have??? I am looking to have twice the clearance in the back compared to the front, if you get the idea...... But your ride looks clean.... I really like the silver finish. I wish I would have gotten that color instead of the black. It's strictly a night color.

Thanx,
Rock
