Where did you get your suspension installed at?
I just bought some springs and struts and am trying to find a place to install them. Did you guys go to small shops? Anyone use a large company like Midas or anyone like that?
What did you guys pay? I got a real high estimate from the dealer like around 700 bucks! Cost more than the damn equipment!

I had a buddy of mine do my shocks/springs and brakes
. He's an ASE certified mechanic specializing in suspension and brakes. We did it on base (they have a facilities w/ a lift, air tools, etc.) I can ask him if he can hook you up if you want. I'll just say that it's a *****load cheaper than $700.
There is one condition though, you have to get those thoughts of knock-off Lowenharts out of your head!!

Where is your friend located? Midas quoted me like $460 and I'm waiting on an estimate from another shop that I was told is very good.
Can your friend also do the 4 wheel alignment? No biggie if he can't.

i got mine at lex of rockville for 6 with 4 wheel alignment.. but i would recommend going to swift racing to install them! not that far.. 5 mins from the rt.1 exit off of 495.
