Default lowering computer thingy

someone posted some little computer thingy a while back
lets you adjust your ride height

who makes it and what system does it work with?

It sounds like you are talking about the EDFC that manaray and gwu128 have on their TIEN Flex systems. They don't control ride height, just the dampening rate of the shocks... so you can make the ride softer or firmer right from the drivers seat.
