I'm assuming that since the LS400 had stock 16's our stock 16's should clear with enough spacing, anyone know how much we would need?

I'm thinking it would give me an excuse to get spacers for my 20's instead of spending money on a spare that will clear the brakes if I'd be able to use the stock spare with the spacers.

stock 16s are like +55 offset right?

so a +40 or less would be optimal.

i got rid of my 16s when i got the RCA's. my summers are 20s, running +30. my winters are 17s +25s.

should be ok.

I added 15mm for my LS400 calipers to clear my 19" Work VS-KFs (not bbk-friendly)....I estimate that 10mm would have been too close for comfort...YIKES!!!

I have an SC400 not a GS but I just wanted to share that i'm lucky my wheel cleared my LS400 calipers by about 2mm. I'll try to take a closeup picture in the morning. I read about my wheels and it says the wheel hub bore is 73mm. Its an MKW M54

Here is the spec of my wheel.

20 x 8.5 5x114 +40 mm 73.0 mm

PHML: VS-KF not bbk friendly huh... ... I like those wheels myself and really don't want to use any spacers.

Well...the ones I got are not...bbk was an after-thought....but Work do make them for bbk.
