Default caster arm bushings shot again

damn wheel shake came back so i looked under the car and the castor arm bushing is split these are daizen this sucks i am going to have hell trying to find these bushings again... has anyone seen the ikea formula arms on i-tuned lexus web site that use heim joint instead of that big bushing also lower control arms with pillow bushings they look real nice just real expensive but might be worth it if i never have to deal with these castor arms again!!! does anyone have these and if you do how are they?

There was a thread not to long ago about those caster bushings. That the 03 + GS uses TRD bushings in the caster arms.. You make have to buy the 03+ arms but it maybe cheaper than the Ikea.. Those are hella expensive..

BTW, how did the daizen bushings fail? Are you really low

air bags killing everything ball joints and ruined my rear sway bar doing side to side and the sway bar links are bent.... thinking off selling the air bag set up and going with coil overs less headache!! they look awesome but i am more performance bound...

yea that what i am thinking but we will see i am going to upgrade so of the suspension and take the side to side switches off and go down to 1/4 inch line instead of the 1/2 i am running now should slow the drop down be a little easier on the ball joints..

Just a little reminder that if you decide to go solid mounts/heim joints, your car will be very very loud and rough. There is lots of squeeking associated with unsealed ball joints. While it may offer better suspension dynamics, it is intended for track use only. I know that there are a few companies out their now that makes sealed/serviceable heim joint, but they cost a pretty penny also.
