RCA's for Zenki 2GS and the Kouki Ball Joints
 
What do I need to file off/modify on my Zenki RCA's made by Exact to use them on my Kouki Ball joints (as that's all the dealers now carry).

That's the thing, I don't want to dis-assemble and install my new ball joints then not run without the RCA's. Just want to know what I should have to trim them or re-bore the holes to fit.

you don't need to re-bore the holes. you just need to make sure those rca's are shaved towards the bottom where it rests on the actual ball joint if you have an older rca design.

you must have Exact's version 1 front rca....if so, remove and grind down the RCA with a dremel kit.

Yep they're V1's.
