92 sc300 steering wheel slop
ok so i have excesssive steering wheel slop on my 92 sc300.. theres no sounds or anything being made. the lower control arms. tie rods and shocks are all good. im starting to believe its the steering column or the power steering rack.. but my problem is when going around corners i feel the steering wheel like fight me really bad and im constantly correcting it.. sometimes the steering wheel is straight when the wheels are straight and sometimes its kinda at a 3 oclock kinda spot when the wheels are straight i cant figure out what the problem is..
does anyone have any experience with this and if so would you happen to know what it might be? any help or ways to test to see exactly whats wrong would be much appreciated.

Agree with either rack bushings or steering rack itself. I will say that have new Supra LCA's/Bilstein HD/Supra springs/new oem supra sway/ new oem endlinks and a good alignment....still with too much slop. I have definately narrowed it down to the rack itself, but I would change the rack bushings prior to replacing the rack itself.
