Default dummy coilover question

Just a question, I have Tein SS coils on my car, will they last longer on the stiffest setting or on the softest? The whole thing about having to get the rebuilt scares me. Thanks

they would probably last the same.
cuz stiff would make the shock compress less, which requires work
and soft would make the shock compress more, which requires work
