Big brake kit
What is a good brake kit the i can get front and rear on. i found a lot of kits for front but not many for the rear and i kinda want em to match naturally. also what size wheels should i have to be able to clear them. id like to go to 18 but id rather not have to modify the fenders and don't know what width and offset to get for those wheels. any help is greatly appreciated.

I think it would largely depend on your wheels.
Offset/width/ and disk type are all something you should study. Look at some pictures around here and see if they have wheel/tire specs and go from there. So, be certain on your wheels before your BBK, IMO. btw, StopTech has an awesome BBK that's not too expensive. |
i found a kit by rotora that is a little cheaper but i know that you get what you pay for is rotora any good compared to other companys

I've never had a friend or anyone I know PERSONALLY w/ that kit but Rotora is a good company. Plenty of great quality items w/ people backing them up.
Just don't steer towards Ksport or anything like that. |
if you got the bank, endless racing 6/racing 4. tho you will need at least a 19" rim to clear them.

a beautiful setup indeed!!!!!!!! ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^
My personal favorite BBK. http://img246.imageshack.us/img246/5356/fd2.jpg |

what is your budget? your should start with that first. for my college budget i have tt fronts w/ oem 18" 350z rays tack rims. offsets are +30 fr and +33 rears. fits flush on stock everything. but if money is not an issue, go brembo or project mu. if your broke go ls400 or tt

I know for one that the Endless Race6/4 require 19" rims. There are a select few 18"s that would work, but those are very very few. Close up pics in my gallery will show that the caliper is already really close to rim, in fact the inner valve stem is only bout 9mm from touching the caliper. It's not about offset but rather the disk setup of the rim face. For example, the HRE's you see in the pics are spec'ed to 19x8.5 +38 and 19x10 +42. Those clear the BBk fine on their own but I use a 15mm spacer front and rear so as it sits, it is actually +23 and +27. However, when I bought some Volk TE37 for track rims 19x8.5 +22 and 19x10.5 +35, the rears did not clear the Race4. So it's not always offset, sure it plays a role, but disk setup is most important. |
19x9.5 +42 front
19x10.5 +36 rear I had Volk custom make my GT-F. Took three months from Japan. http://i121.photobucket.com/albums/o...y/P1040865.jpg http://i121.photobucket.com/albums/o...y/P1050274.jpg |
If you are on a budget then LS calipers, if you have a little more cash then go for Supra TT calipers. Below are my Supra TT calipers I had on my car till recently.

LexAnt,
How much did that Endless set up cost you? |
