Default IS250 AWD vs RWD Upper Control Arm

I decided to replace my control arm because I stripped the castle nut. I bought a upper control arm and didn't inspect it. The UCA that I received looked strange. The AWD version of the UCA is uniform, symmetrical. The one I got is apparently for RWD and is kind of curved. It installed just fine, but I am wondering why AWD UCAs are seemingly non-existent (can't find them anywhere even on RockAuto), and RWD is different design but still fits?

Since I can't find a AWD version, can I get away with running RWD versions for now? The only difference is the knuckle is tilted a little further backwards. Threw off my alignment just a little bit, but that is because I have an AWD version on the right side.

Thanks for the help in advanced.
