Default ball joint grease and bushing grease

how do we re-grease the ball joints on our cars (tie rods, upper and lower arms)? and what kind of grease is recommended?

Also, I heard that aftermarket bushings (such as the prothane kit ( have) require re-greasing at regular intervals. Is there any other kind of grease I can use so I don't have to re-grease and my car wont squeak?

ah, looked up on the grease.

It is recommended that you use moly grease in place of the grease supplied with the kit to ensure no squeaking.

One of the MKIII Supra guys used moly grease on his aftermarket bushings and no squeaks after 8 years.

You can't service the ball joints with grease unless you get a after market ball joint. Same thing goes for tie rod ends need a after market one to put grease in it. You can "TRY" to put grease in it ,but you will rip the boot. Which leads to dirt getting inside and it goes bad. There are no grease fittings on those replace it all at one or leave it alone till it goes bad.
