is there a specific spray can or clear coat that I should use?
do both of spray can and clear coat have to be high temperature?
(well, I'm not even sure if there is a high temp clear coat )

yes there is a high temp clear. Go to autozone/pepboys and look in the paint case.... duplicolor caliper paint and high temp engine clear coat

Is there any sanding needed if you are just working with the stock 350 calipers, with no paint on it yet?

Sanding is optional... but i highly recommended brushing it down with a wire brush and clean it thoroughly with some brake cleaner. As with any paint job the prep work is key to having a smooth, good looking paint job.

Here's mine when i painted em... i used the brush method with the duplicolor caliper paint. But i got a nice 1in brush from Lowes instead of using the included cheap nylon brush.

Just curious, i'm assuming painting your calipers voids your warranty correct?

why would painting your calipers void the warranty??

it will only void the warranty if the dealer can prove that the PAINT has caused some problem, right? (correct me if I'm wrong)

Exactly you're protect by Magnuson-Moss Warranty act.

I think the motogfx decals are better since the font size is more proportional to the caliper...
