Default How can I tell if my struts are blown?

CUrrently I have had the JIC full coilovers on my 2nd gen GS for almost 6 years. About 5 months ago, I started hearing kind of a "clunking" took it to the shop, and had my ball joints replaced! After everything was great!!! rode perfect!.

Just now, I notice that my front end has no type of cushion just rock solid bounce....I feel like Im driving a old Honda with cut springs....there is no noise that goes along with the harsh ride.

So, Whats the best way to know if its the struts! (gas filled)

thanks,

lettuce

Oil leaking down the side of the tube.

If oil already leaked out...then the next indication is the no dampening when driving....like driving on pure springs....not a good feeling.
