Default Pic request!: Tein CS (v1 or v2) all the way down

Hey guys. considering looking for a set of CS for my car since there seem to be more sets of those around (prefer SS or similar but whatever).

Anyways, I just want to see pics of the CS at their lowest setting so I can decide if they go low enough to accomplish what i'm trying to do.

Thanks in advance

if this is a repost, someone link me to the previous thread, once that has been done mods can close.

Both cars on Tein CS V1. Check out that sweet wheel gap. Black cars get away with it much easier. The white GS is all the way down.

If you're looking for go that low you really should look into some RCA's for your ride. RCA's will give you an extra 5/8 to 1 inch lowering, help you with camber (both front and rear), and give your coilovers a more civilized ride.

Without RCA's I've had my CS ver.2 down to a 1/2 fat finger gap rear, 3/4 fat finger front, fyi.

Do the CST V2 go lower than the V1?

RCA's would be awesome with these coilovers, brings it down to "proper coilover height", maintains proper Dynamic suspension geometry allowing for a better ride/handling, and reduce tire wear to almost factory specifications.

Both cars are on 19's. Tein CS has a really weak drop but the ride quality is very comfortable. If you're looking for a decent budget coilover that will slam, give Megan a try.

yeah I have a wtb thread in the classifieds, put it out there for whatever anyone had that they were looking to get rid of (SS, Megan, Ksport, HA, hipermax, Stance, hell even used JICs which i know are a stretch)

I start work the end of this week so hopefully i'll be able to afford a proper set well, sometime soon anyways.

depends on your wheel size. on 19s, they are weak (but again, depends on your goal)
FYI, my own little comparison:

when i had mine, i was about just shy of 2 fingers in front and 1.5 fingers in rear (way too conservative for me) - - > reason for selling em

Im on 20s...so that makes a bit of a difference vs. on 19s.

Here's my Tein CS v1 REAR height...

with this as the setting ...looks like I could go 3/4" more lower.
