Unhappy Rear Espelir springs are making croaking sounds

So I have had these Espelirs in for a while. When going over bumps fast or slow the rear springs make a frog like croaking noise. Not very loud but it is getting annoying considering the rest of the car is pretty solid. I was able to duplicate the sound the other day by compressing and releasing the suspension with my knee on the rear bumper. Now I am going to attack this but was hoping to get some tips first. Any ideas?

I checked for that - only found dead hookers. Good looking out though.

Anyone else?

i had this in the front with my Tein CS. I am having the Tein CS replaced with airrunner and also had the ball joints and inner and outer tie rod ends replaced. If it doesnt go away I will look at the bushings and other things. If it does go away then it was one of those 3. This isnt much help to you though sorry

Thanks. I will have to see if that is it. Yesterday I jacked the car up and then lowered it down with the rear wheels on some 6X8 blocks of wood so I could be under it while compressing the suspension. When I jacked it up It must have made the noise stop since I could not duplicate it anymore. Took it for a ride around the neighborhood and nothing.

This morning the noise is back. I was able to determine that it is coming from the right rear suspension. Oh well I will be back at it today.

can i borrow them since they dead and your not needing them anymore?

i know this will sound dumb as it does in my head but does the gs series have "bump stops"? or you could make sure the spring hasnt come "unseated"....if not make sure none of the suspension is rubbing or that your shocks aren't blown

does this make sense or do u understand the gibberish im trying to say?

Not sure on the bump stop in the rear but I'm not that low. I do suspect the spring may be shifting. I marked it with a sharpie and will be checking it later to see if it has moved. KYBs and Espelirs are new.

Thanks for the tips. It just started to lightly rain here so I'm not sure If i will be able to get under the car today.

try taking the rear lower control arm and bushing off then bounce the car again, most likely it will fix your problem. i dont think it has anything to do with your shock and springs.

I apologize but I don't think I am following you. Take the control arm off then lower the car on it suspension? Or do you mean to replace the bushing and then test for the noise again?
