It is sitting low, but you should also take into consideration that it is a black car with a dark shadow directly under it. The black under carriage and black mufflers fill the gap and make it appear a lot lower than it really is.


This thread is helping me decide which rout I would like to take with my SC.

Keep in mind that the Esp ASD's do in fact lower the car quite a bit. I've got some pics rolling on stock 16's somewhere and my car looks hammered.

I currently have tanabe springs on my sc400, if i was to switch to the espelir springs do you think id see a noticeable difference or is it not worth it?

Hey Farino81,

As far as seeing a difference visually yes it will be lower. Ride wise it won't make enough difference for you to spend the money unless you want to roll deep and low visually. Technically, since the Espelir lower the car more it might give you slightly more stability. All after market springs up their spring rates over oem so it comes down to more how low you want the car to sit. If you have a body kit it sucks ahaha because you have to cut all day and angle like a drunk over dips and bumps. Worth it for me though! I block traffic sometimes LOL I'd post a pic but I don't know how :P
