Sway bar for IS250 AWD
Hi,
can anybody tell me what does sway bar do?...also is any brand that made it for AWD? or should i just go for F-sport? but i see the F-sport just have the rear and the RWD's one has front and rear, so what is it different between using just rear and using front and back?
thanks alot.

1. The rear suspension design is very similar between awd and rwd and can use same anti roll bar
2. The front is different (which it is) and people are to lazy to make a front or there is lack of market
3. The way the front suspension is setup there is no way to take out the anti roll bar without the disassemble of the suspension components.
Plus I was informing the OP in case he didnt know the IS already have stock sways, because I didnt until I went under the car

A bigger bar in the back will reduce understeer. The factory designed a lot of understeer into the car, so this is not a bad thing at all, unless you don't know how to drive a car that is closer to neutral.

The problem being the awd only have F sport rears. So this is either
1. The rear suspension design is very similar between awd and rwd and can use same anti roll bar
2. The front is different (which it is) and people are to lazy to make a front or there is lack of market
3. The way the front suspension is setup there is no way to take out the anti roll bar without the disassemble of the suspension components.
