so does the tein use oem mounts for both front and rear?? is that why the tops look different?? *circled in purple*
the tanabes have mounts for the front and uses the rear oem mounts (i think)
the bottom part of the coils...the parts that i circled in red...why is the tein SS different *the light blue colored circle*??

the red/light blue circle difference is, 'not exactly as pictured' (its on every add you ever see anywhere)
example: your tein, you make tons of different coils for tons of different cars with tons of different suspension setups, you need to make an add, you take 1 pic of one system and post it up for ever type of car you sell it for... helps keep the overhead down yes?

i don't have experience with tanabe stuff, but tein is pretty poor quality equipment unless you buy one of their high-end product lines. if you're spending this kind of money, i'd save up and get something more respectable.

I've had the pro 5's for a few months now with the TEAS controller. MY ride quality is pretty good, and having the ability to adjust on the fly is a plus. Right now I'm running a setting of 9 on the front and 11 on the rear for daily drives right now.
