96 SC300 PICTURES!! coilover and suspension suggestions...
I have a 96 SC 300 the wheels are Akita 19x8.5 and 19x10's with bridgestone blizzaks (winter tires). I am in missouri and drive the car daily. I have had this car for 3 weeks and bought it stock from the origional owner with 186,000 miles. the system is a pioneer touchscreen DVD/CD and I ran all new wire through an alpine amp 4 x boston speakers. The car is nice and clean, but as you can see it needs coilovers (the stock struts are bouncy). I want an aggressive street ride due to driving backroads a lot.
My coilover choices are narrowed to
1-Megan racing ($900 shipped)- with pillow mounts and camper plates-Spring Rates: 16kg Front and 12kg Rear-- 32 Levels of Adjustable Damper
2-JIC Magic FLT-FAS ($1269 shipped)- with pillow mounts and camber plates-10 way adjustable damper-14kg/10kg rates
3-Stance- dont know much about yet, but been reading other threads. (around $1200-$1300)
Suggestions?
Also my car having 188k miles now any suggestions on any other bolts that are known to freeze up, or any suspension piece that is notorious for being bad with this mileage? I want to do it right the first time???

Oh has anyone had any issues (staggered wheels) with rubbing the inner lip on the rear wheel wells? I am going to roll the fenders I think, but I didnt know if anyone experienced this.. Like I said my rear shocks are not to good, so I am sure this doesnt help..

I am not sure to be honest. I bought them from a wheel and tire wholesaler who had them on his GS300. they are rubbing on the lip of the quarter panel. I probably could hammer it up a little, but I am just going to have my buddy roll them for me..
