IS350 has bigger calipers...need R disk wheels to clear at the front...

is350 has big oem calipers. 4-pots up front, iirc.

350 pads can also be replaced from the top of the front caliper by removing the cross pins. The 250 requires removing the caliper which is not a big deal.

Does Medium Disk wheels clears the IS350 brakes? Or do you ONLY need to use High Disk?

You need the R disk or High disk, each brand has a diff name but R and High are most common for the high end rim companies. IF not you'll have to run spacers.
