Feel like a blown shock but is not.. need help

I had my car lower for a while and notice the front left shock going out. It would dip down hard over bump feel like a blown shock. So I raised the car back up to stock with different oem shocks/springs and notice the problem hasn't stop. The car still feel like it has a blown shock again only on the front left side. Anybody has idea what could be wrong?
