That really depends on how you feel comfort wise. I like the feel of the road sometimes ,but when my buddy drives in the city that gets annoying really fast. If you live in a dense city go with 250 instead of 275 softer ride and you won't hate it as much when you hit those bumps.lol

I'd rather not deal with the helper springs.
If I wanted to go with max handling I would go with Ikeya arms, custom valved shocks, and run crazy amounts of camber.
But I can't really afford that. So instead of spending extra money on helper springs, Im just gonna go with the stiffest springs possible. Yea it's not much, but I'd rather spend it somewhere else because I doubt I could notice the difference between those 2 different spring rates

Same here, they're in the mail as we speaketh. I think the Bilsteins are on backorder again, though, because Summit showed a ship date of 6/19 and Shox.com (who I ended up ordering them from) said they wouldn't ship till 6/19 as well. Jacks up my plans quite a bit, but oh well.

installed a kit like that on an Older accord, i hope yours is alot better this spring was loose when the car was in the air and the suspension made some serious noises. I told the customer pretty simple "you get what you pay for" i'm not knocking on anything just saying i hope it works for you cuz the only time i've seen something simular it was pretty bad result.

so I got my sleeves cut at Lowes w/ the pipe cutting machine and now the bottom of my sleeve is just deformed enough that the sleeve won't slide over the C-clip ...it is off by like 1mm.... would it be ok if i used a dremel to sand down the inside of the sleeve enough to get it over the c-clip then hopefully maybe i can use a little force to get the c-clip to where the taper is? what is the best way to fix this? Thanks!

I'm thinking going 550/325... Eventhough this may cost more, but I was wondering how are 2.50" H&R I.D. Race Springs compared to Hypercoils...?

"I have tried the car out several times at Sebring which is a very bumpy track and they feel great. With the TRD suspension, I would take Bishop's bend which is a long left hand double apex corner in 4th gear flat out. With your suspension and my spring rates, I can take the same corner in 5th gear flat out. " -ideal98supra

I just installed the gixxer_drew suskit this past weekend on my SC300. I went with 600 front/325 rears. I was really concerned that the 600/325 would be too stiff, but the ride is still quite compliant. I'd imagine the 500/250 wouldn't be too far from stock.
Overall, I'm very very pleased with the suspension. Drew, you rock!!!

Having done a few sleeve coilover setups, I can tell you right away that the 600lbs will not feel any different from the 500lb fronts on daily driving over bumps etc. And that's the reason why 1000+lb springs in the front of the Stance probably feels just as smooth on softer shock settings
Inherent design of most coilover sleeve designs have metal to metal contacts between the stock tophat and the hat in the coilover sleeve setup. I isolated a couple with inner tube tire and the different is astounding!
