Default What are the best low/no dust pads?

I purchased drilled and slotted rotors for my GS430 and really want to install the best pads that will produce the lowest amount of dust possible. I had new pads put on last month by a local shop and they were obviously cheap pads since the wheels are coated in black dust within about 100 miles of regular driving. I found a set of AXXIS pads for a good price but, not sure if that is what others use that want little to no dust.

Thanks.

Akebono ProACT

Very light dusting, and the dusting is not black like regular organic/metallic pads.

+1!!!

I bought them based on referrals from GSteg and Dashocker and I'm glad I did! They are awesome with very low dusting...make sure you get the ProACT series though as GSteg noted.

I bought borg warner ceramics and they produce virtually no dust. Cost around $50, i think.

i had the akebono pads, produced minimal dust. i switched to the axxis ultimates which produces a crazy amount of dust, but the braking power is way better than the akebonos

I have the Akebono Pro ceramics and they work good with almost no dust on slotted rotors. They are also very quiet.

Centric PosiQuiets are awesome for the money. Quiet, good bite and very little dust.

Did you have any noises or squeaking with the ultimates? I've got the akebono's up front with my LS400 brake upgrade - but I'd like more stopping power bite. They are quiet and a nice pad, but I'd like more. Any downsides to the ultimates? Thanks!

yeah, I need it soon, I'm down to 20% pad left on the front while I had my car for only 3 months and I was told on the ad "- Front and Back High Performance Brake Pads ($200 Value)
Purchased 3 Months Ago"
and 1 month of my ownership was it being in the shop and not driven at all...

I've had really good luck with EBC Greenstuff and Redstuff pads on my VW's but I haven't replaced my pads on my GS3 yet. But I need to w/in the next month or two....they're getting down there!

Has anyone had any experiences w/EBC pads on the GS?
