im driving my SC and i finally have my radio off and i notice that while cruising i hear this annoying squeeking/whistling noise and i have no idea what it could be....any ideas???

if you want an answer you need to provide details like when it is happening at certain speeds...where is it coming from - window area, floor area, speakers?

the question is too broad to try to keyboard diagnose.

i get that, but only when i'm slowing down. i'm guessing it's just how the engine is, cuz it's auto, so it's like still in gear and slowing down i guess?
