Unless you're tracking the car (or routinely driving down mountainsides) no brake upgrade is worth it for anything but looks...and worth it for looks is entirely subjective

^The IS350 has pretty good brakes already so basically yeah this would just be primarily for looks i guess

Absolutely a brake upgrade can make the car FEEL different.

It won't actually stop any faster though.
