Default Help with Brakes!

I have a set of rotors and pads coming in the mail tomorrow and I plan on doing the labor myself. They are a replacement for OEM (same sizes) I have a 98 GS400, anything I should know about that may surprise me? any materials/tools that would make it easier? I've replaced pads before but never rotors. Thanks.

Unbolt the calipers and ziptie them to something so they don't hang while taking off the rotor. To get the rotor off - on the hub piece there should be a threaded hole. Find a bolt that fits it and thread it into it and tighten down until the rotor comes loose enough to pull off. Sometimes you get lucky and don't have to do that and they'll come off with a good tug. If all else fails whack the **** out of it from behind with a rubber mallet or hammer since you wont be using them again anyway.
