Default Suggestions for Suspension tune up

I have a 98 gs300 with 173K miles, am in process of doing th wdf210 + kyb struts with their upper mounts.

What other items should be replaced front & rear

check the control arm bushings. if you do a search u will find some have gone out and cause fender damage. they usually start going out around 100k or so. if they seemed cracked or they have never been changed before, it would be a good idea to get new bushings.

If the control arm bushing fail, it will not damage the fender. but the ball join is the most important. Correct me if i am wrong

Don't you have to replace the entire upper control arm, because I don't think they sell the bushings by themselves.

Correct. Lexus doesn't sell the bushings alone. You're only solution for bushings is aftermarket.
