Question on GS300/GS430 suspension?

Default Question on GS300/GS430 suspension?
I recently got a 2003 GS430. Will the springs and shocks from my 2001 GS300 (H&R springs and Bilstein shocks) fit on the 2003 GS430. Also, are the brake pads and rotors the same on both cars. Just wanted to make sure before I start taking everything off the GS300.

Yes. the brakes and suspension are the same.
