Default Brake upgrade from stock not bbk

I wanted to upgrade my brakes for sometime now i first of all i wanted to do stainless steel brake lines. On top of that i wanted to put in new cross and drilled rotors i heard of this company for a while but never used them they are http://www.ebcbrakes.com/ they make the green stuff and red stuff brakes you see them in all car magazines. i was planing on purchasing the red stuff brake pads with there rotors for my front and rear brakes.
Has anyone used this company and are they good.
If not who and where do you recommend me buying my brakes from

thanks

for all your help

FYI I Now have a GS400

Tirerack------> Akebono ProACT ultra premium ceramic pads = perfect, no noise, no dust, great stopping and rotor friendly. I have done a ton of research on various pads and you will like them; EBC makes good pads as well but I heard they can be pretty harsh on your rotors (eat your rotors).
