Well they "feel" like they stop harder. Some cars "Feel" they take off faster with an intake. BBKs really do not help with a cars stopping power and in the GSs case, it can't really help much b/c the cars already have some of the shortest stopping distances stop.

Your BBK can stop hard though every single time, while the OEM brakes will fade and stop farther and farther.

This is probably the best and most simple explanation in all three pages.

Perhaps yours feel so strong because they are new and your old brakes were worn... back to back like you're doing isn't quote new vs new. Also you don't often go out with OEM brakes and really haul the car down from speed all that often to test how long they stop. They DO FEEL much better and more confidence inspiring that's a lot of what you're getting. But I bet you can't beat the 112 ft stopping time from 60mph that the OEM GS tested.

Specifically what Brembos did you put on?
The 335mm kit. 112ft stock? Wow, I didn't realize that. The stock brakes on my GS were pretty worn. To me the BBK is worth it to not have fade after repeated stopping. It is the first BBK I ever had on a car.
