Strange Vibration when braking
I need some feedback on whats causing this problem. I have an L tuned S/S installed with all other components stock. I have recently mounted new tires with no more that 3K miles on them. Had a recent alignment done and all 4 wheels balanced. Had the Road Force treatment done too. My GS3 is a '00 with 79K total miles. The problem is that at around 70-75 mph if I hit the brakes the steering wheel starts to vibrate until it comes down to approx 60 mph.
What can be causing this??????
Thanks for the feedback.

Braking at Low speeds....vibration...warped rear rotors.
Braking at High speed....vibration...warped front rotors.
that was my case on the GS400.
I just changed them all out. cured the braking vibration.

If it was vibrating at 70-75 without touching the brakes it would be the wheels needing to be balanced.
I agree with everyone.... Rotors! If they can't be turned and need to be replace it would be a perfect oportunity to go with cross drilled or slotted rotors. That is if you don't already have them.
KILA!

Guys, thanks for all the feedback. Given that the rotors my be the main factor I will be coordinating soon to have them inspected. Given that I have CPO warranty I'll try to get them covered under the program.
