Default Daizens on 20's

I just recently purchased some Daizen springs and I've been searching on CL to find any members with the same setup. I have only found one member (cant remember his name but its a white GS with mesh rims). Are there anymore members out there??? I'm looking to run a pair of 20' Sterns. 20x8.5+32 front 20x9.5+35 rear. Kinda concerned about rubbing issues. Any comments??

Daizens drop pretty low but I have seen them with 20's. You're gunna need Tires with a pretty low profile to avoid rubbing

Thanks for your input Bigbea.

InspiredGS is the guy I was talking about tho..

I read a previous thread were he was talking about it rubbing.. He stated the tire size and what he would do different but didnt mention his current rim offset.. If I remember correctly.

Is he the only guy..?

By the way Inspired.. I hope you dont mind me posting your ride. Your set up is perfect to me and I'm trying to duplicate it.

Here is a message regarding 20's and that drop...

hey.. the wheels are tsw Kyalami.. as for offsets, i can't remember for sure, but this is what was listed on the tsw website.. http://www.tsw.com/app_guide_results...=Lexus&model=G S300+-+Rear+Only&B1=Submit

front 20x8.5 +40 offset
rear 20x10 +35 offset

i messed up getting wrong size tires..

front 255/35/20
rear 275/35/20

rubbing issues:
front plastic wheel well lining rubs only when i the wheels are turned all the way (example u-turns) there is no noise driving foward, but able to be heard reversing the car...

the rear problems were worse.. i had to roll the rear fenders, cut part of the plastic next to the door caps, and sand down part of the wheel well lining...

Thanks alot..

Hmm.. I wonder if a 20x9.5 rim with a 265 35 tire on rear will have that that same problem. Hopefully there are more people out there that have some input.

The roads out here are not nearly as bad a NYC but the dips are pain in the a. I have eibachs on my sc with 19s and I have to get an alignment like every six mos. I really dont want to run 30s. Thier sidewalls are just too small IMO.

265 on a 9.5" will not be a problem.
