Default 92' SC300 with 200+ miles. Steering problems

the car is old but VERY well maintained. I put loweing springs on it. When im driving down the road in slight wind and stuff, i can kinda feel my front wheels move from left to right VERY SLIGHTLY. it feels like some parts are wearing out.. but im not sure what it could be? could someone please point me in the right direction? the streering wheel does not move but i can feel the wheels moving a little tiny bit. nothing you would notice the first time you drove the car, but im a perfectionist.. i like to keep things new. thank you

steering rack, lower and upper control arms, ball joints, tie rod ends, wheel bearings...

all can cause that issue... if you don't know what you are looking for, take it to a shop and watch them test for the different ones...
