Default Rotors stuck

My 92 ES300 needs new front rotors. However, the old ones want to stay and won't come off. I've tried PB Blaster and WD-40 over several days front and back side with no luck. I've tried using the threads in the rotors wit bolts but all stripped out. I don't have an torch available and worry about the hubs. I broke 3 Harbor Freight pullers and have banged on the rotors with 2 & 10 lbs. hammers. Any suggestions?

i had the threads get stripped out in my rear rotors too. i got some oversized (5/16" in my case) hardened bolts and that did the trick.
