Default L-Tuned S/S problem in my 2nd gen gs400.. help please!?

i have a little problem with my l-tuned springs and struts installed in my 1998 gs400, maybe one of you can offer up a suggestion:

all four springs/struts were installed professionally and im 100% sure that the front springs are in the front, the rear in the rear, etc... for some reason the back driver side sits between half an inch and an inch lower then the other rear side, and it just doesnt make the car look right at all...it basically makes the back look lower then the front because the rear tire is practically tucking and the front isnt.. on the passenger side, everythings fine, lowered even, front is about equal to the back both tires are about even with the fenders but arent tucking in... the car has been jacked up and the springs are seated properly on the perch, so i really have no idea what options are left, other then the possibility of a faulty spring/rate issue with that one side? help?

thanks guys
mike

hmm. it is a brand new one that came with the kit... if it were leaking wouldnt completely settle to the ground and not be driveable? its been this way since i installed the springs and struts months ago... theres never been any bottoming out or noises or anything like that...it just sits lower in that one corner.... if it was leaking im assuming it would by now completely have "died" wouldnt it? maybe im wrong...

check to see is springs are all Ltuned stamped.....also if they are sitting on the lower shock plate properly.

are they all right side up?

take close=up pics of each and post.

remember....proffesionals do make mistakes at times....they are human.

they are def. all l-tuned, and sitting right side up.. i watched him put them in, hes a full time mechanic but also a friend of mine so i was able to check the install out as he put them in... they also came from the group buy from this site so i know they arent bogus parts.... as i said earlier they are sitting in the perches the right way so i dont get it

I agree with PHML. a picture or two is worth a thousand words.

Anyway, there is that metal "button" thing (at least on my Bilsteins I just put in place) that needs to be put on the top stem of the shock if I remember correctly.

I see that my front shocks have something similar, so, I can take a picture if you need me to.

Are the shocks tighened down from inside the trunk the same amount?

Other than that, It sure seems like the spring perch thing......

is it possible to have not tightened the one side down or over tightened the side thats lower too much? does it have a point where it stops and you cant tighten it anymore? im pretty sure they are both just tightened up all the way....what would i be taking a picture of if i jacked up the back? the spring is sitting level on the perch ive seen it when i put the 20s on...

"....is it possible"

For me, *anything* is possible. If I can't see it, it's even more possible!

Here's the pics that I was thinking of for your ride.

Sorry for the bad pics, it's a still shot from a camcorder.

wow bro- really appreciate the pics, im going to have to jack the back up this week and take a look and post pics if i still cant figure it out (if it is seated correctly in there..) the only thing i can really do is check to see if the strut bolts are tightened down all the way on both sides right? like i said before they cant be OVER tightened past a certain point can they? they are the l-tuned struts that came with the springs...
