Rear Wheel Tilts Up and Down
Noticed uneven rear brake pad wear on the passenger rear only. Deccided to dismantle brake to check for lodged debris.
Noticed upon wheel mounting that the wheel tilts up and down 2-4 more degrees than it should (albeit none).
The GoodYear Dealer installed a "camber kit" for my 19's about 3 months ago.
Could this be the cause or a bad bearing?
Edit: Just checked the Lexus Manual and replacing the rear bearing seems to be a real @!+$%. I doubt this is a garage job.
Can anyone chime in here?

do u mean that the wheel is slanted inward at the top? u will need an alignment to correct that. is your car dropped? u also might have a stuck caliper piston
and I think goodyear ripped you off. there are no camber kits for the GS.
Jason
ps what kind of noises are coming form ur car when driving? bad wheel bearings usually make noise and the car handles funny.

There is no camber kit for the 2nd gen GS as far as I know.

I would bet that it is a bad bearing.
If you build up a nice head of steam you could go back to Goodyear and tell them that those things don't just fail and they should've noticed if the bearing was that bad when they were in there putting in their "camber kit". I did the same thing with my Maxima when I was selling it. I had a pre purchase inspection done for the buyer and the mechanic told me that the wheel bearing was so shot he wouldn't drive the car off the lot. I had had an alignment done by NTB the month before so I called the manager and said that there was no way they could have aligned the car with that bad bearing and that they needed to take care of it. The dude replaced the bearing for free ($500 parts and labor) as he should have. Even though he wasn't necessarily the cause of the failed bearing it's their responsibility to make you aware of things that pose potential danger to you and others on the road. BTW I'd use that line on the phone with the manager at GoodYear.
