Default Squeeky/Squishy Noise?

1993 SC300 93k miles.

I have a set of TT springs/struts that are going in as soon as my broken ankle heals but I have some noises that I dont believe are caused by these items. Its a squeeky/squishy noise thats rather loud. You can really hear it when in a drive through or line at the bank, etc. It comes when the steering wheel is turned or the brakes are applied. I have no problem with my steering, its tight with no play. The car is also 100% OEM at the time. Ive briefly looked into replacing the control arm and steering bushings but do you guys think those will solve my odd noise? Thanks in advance!

Its really only there when the suspension is in use/brakes are applied/or the wteering wheels is turned its annoying. sometimes its worse than others. Im thinking the replacement of the springs/struts and some of the bushings would cure this. anyone anyone?
