GS owners with Tein CS- how many clicks out from full hard do you run? Those with edfc, what do you end up running most of the time?

I didn't get the edfc so I'm curious what the most common setting is.

thanks

thanks Rich- why do you run the front stiffer than rear? is it because there's more weight up front?

I run either full soft or full firm (0 or 16)? Don't remember which is which number wise...i usually like to cruise in soft and occasionally will go full firm when i feel like tossin'...doesn't feel like a huge difference between the two extremes to me, actually...

Just saved this page to my favorites as it will come in very handy in the next few weeks.

For those of you in Florida, any recommendations on installers for the CS and EDFC ?

Just ordered these today from Todd at TM and should receive them by late next week along with the 01 tails from Carson.

Thanks. I got this as an earlier response from another member earlier in the suspension and brakes forum.

I am down in Miami but will make the trip.

If I may ask, how much was the installation ? You can PM me if you want. Thanks again.

Thanks a lot man..............good looking out

Wow.........only $200.00. For some reason I thought it would not be any cheaper than $400.00.

I have it at the stiffest setting and the ride is still very smooth. I believe its 16 clicks to the right.

depending on the road,

EDFC 0 = stiffest - 16 softest
No EDFC 16 clicks = stiffest - 0 click softest.

I have EDFC w/ CS
5/5 or 10/10 or 15/15

and sometimes 5/2

Stiffest is all the way to the right. You are basically closing the valve. You back off to the left (counter clockwise) to go softer. You should not go past 16 from stiffest per the manufacturer's recommendation.

As for setting, my daily is set at 8 from stiffest front and 9 from stiffest rear. I have my EDFC set at 12/13 for the fam, 8/9 for daily cruising, and 4/5 to squeeze a little more out of the car. 0/0 is still pretty comfortable, though.
