Default possible problem with H&R Coilovers

I am driving home from work, and dodging the trenches, potholes and sinkholes, and when I pull upon my street, I seem to here a slight rub when I make a turn. I am very **** and know every noise my car should make in almost any situation. n e way I get home, think nothing of the noise, and I deside to hose the car off since it has rained the last day or so...and I am looking at my drivers side rear, and my rear tire is tucked. I am like wtf,
I look and ponder the mishaps thats happened, Any ideas? Is it time for a repair. They might have 15k on them. Most interstate driving by far, Should I adjust, and to be honest I have never adjusted coilovers. Any know how in this as well. good thing is a meinke is near by, I know its not a tuner shop, but could they tell me if its shot? Who repairs other than the maker? Thanks and let me know.

Remove the tire and check your coilover. If the lower spring locking nut was not fully tighted up. The ride height might gradually drop over time.

Default thanks jacobt

anything else that could be the culprit? I am wondering if something needs replaced due to age, which isn't that bad at all in my opinion.

Default okkk

my drive way is gravel, and well it was uneven. It must have settled for a minute to look like it was lower than other side.

I've done the same thing a few times w/tire pressure, eneven ground, wind, all creating an eneven effect either while driving or parked.
