Default Vsc Trac Abs Light On

Hey I recently put my 2002 Lexus GS300 back to stock height. Had l-tuned springs. Now the vsc abs and trac light are on. The dealer said that the speed sensor and the front bearing went out. The service advisor said that it will be around $1000.00 to fix. Wouldn't this be covered under waranty since the vehicle has only 41,000 miles and is under in the model year?

do they know about your previous history with the springs? if they see that the sensors and stuff were tempered before and damaged, they can deny everything and void your warranty
