Looking good there PHML, i do notice that very slight drop in the front . But i prefer that than the stock height without the RCA.
to clear the calipers from the wheels, are you using spacers for those wheels?

Here is my thread from a few years ago. Back then, I ran 30mm front RCA kit.

See pic on post #10...kinda shows the drop with the 30mm.

I finally got my own set of ls400 calipers and rotors installed on my gs400 using phml's rca kit and I couldn't be happier with everything. That has to be one of the easiest mods I've done to my car and the peddle feel and breaking improvement is sooo much better! I'm using oem lexus pads/rotors and I feel like my car could do a stoppie! Haha not really but wow I can't emphasize enough how much of an improvement this was. As soon as it warms up more I'll be pulling them back off to paint them black or silver.

Any help of confirmation? I believe someone has upgraded brakes on my gs400 to ls400.. I ordered new rotors and pads and the rotors ordered are much smaller and the pads that are on it has the pin holes... according to my research it appears to be ls400 rotors and pads

Spongy feel = brake system needs bleeding, brake master cylinder needs bleeding, brake booster or cylinder is starting to go out if they are bled properly. If its none if those, upgrade to stainless steel brake lines, makes a big difference

Well I have only had ls4 calipers sitting on my shelf for 2.5 yrs so I figured 2014 was about time to get on it. I did have to shorten the top mounting bolt a few MM because when tightened, it would press into the rotors. Other than that, it was simple and well worth the upgrade. I am using Fig's Updated RCA's

Painted my ls calipers yesterday, I used 4 coats of high temp (2000°) black and 5 coats of high temp clear on top of that. They look much better than before so I'm pretty happy with them.

Those are 16 inch stock 2GS wheels.

I've run both the SAGE front 18mm kit and SAGE front 30mm kit on these 16 inch stock wheels.

To run the SAGE front 40mm kit, you will need at least 17 inch wheels (non-step lip).

Who told you otherwise?

Proof are in my pics. I have another thread that shows the SAGE 30mm front kit with these same 16 inch wheels...of course you need 15mm hubcentric spacer to push the wheels out.

hey guys, I'm looking for the smallest possible front ball joint spacer,

I live in SoCal now and if anyone has it in-stock where I can pick it up... that would be great!
i've been looking for the SAGE 18mm but I can seem to find a place that has them for sale.

please help!
