Nickel-cadmium alloy, the same material used in race cars.
Do you know where I can get these brackets?

This is not your tricycle your talking about here guys. I would not put that on my sons toy, much less my car. Things used with braking systems need to be built with a huge safety factor engineered into the parts.

I will pass....

That is just a copy of the unit made by toyota of japan for the trd package offered for the aristo. Night pager also made said adapters.
The bracket is pleanty beefy for even a heavy duty brake setup. The shear on the studs is what you have to be worried about on a radial mounted caliper. I would use ARP 4340 or L19 studs in lieu of bolts.

I'm trying to picture how that bracket would work...does it offset the placement of the caliper to a higher location to clear the bolt? But then again, if it's a L shaped bracket...is that for a GS application???

That bracket is for a GS or Supra.
This link may or may not help you

I did the F-sport brakes on a friends IS350. They are from stoptech and are radial mounted as well. The brackets look identical. EDIT: Oh and they use studs FWIW

You can buy F-sport brakes at the stealership but they are only for the IS series right now.

LS/JZA80 calipers do not have the bolts go through the calipers like the F-Sport one you posted. It goes behind the caliper and onto the knuckle. In an application like the TRD and F-Sport, I see the use for the L shaped bracket. BUT for the JZA80/UCF21, I don't see how it'll work. You'll either have to offset the LS caliper higher or have RCA brackets.

The LS430 calipers are a radial mount. The supras are not.
I guess im confused by your question confusion
The premise of that bracket posted earlier is to use a LS430 caliper on a GS.
This thread was created for the LS400 caliper as it is a regular mount and does bolt right up to the GS knuckle if you use spacers or an RCA.
