You'll need to buy LS400 rotors. They're bigger in diamater compared to the OEM rotors (12.4" vs 11.65")

you can use them, but you wont get the full potential braking power until you upgrade to the ls400s

If you have aftermarket wheels, make sure they are high-disk type.

The ABS function is not affected because our sensors detect lockup, not brake force.

does anyone know the years of the supra's calipers that will work on the GS400 without any issues?

will NA supra calipers work perfectly? would it be an upgrade/downgrade?

the n/a calipers are not an upgrade. you would have to use the 93+ supra turbo calipers for it to be an upgrade. the LS400 calipers are a cheaper alternative compared to the supra. with the LS400 you will have to use a rca's for the calipers to clear. the supra is a straight swap.

Are you talking about the RCA spacers? If so, the RCA goes in between the balljoint and the knuckle. This raises the knuckle assembly upwards and it just happens that the caliper is bolted onto the knuckle. And I guess you can see where this leads to

I searched more after my last post. I didnt realize the LS4 calipers were a straight bolt on and the LS430 calipers are a post mount style.
The RCA's make perfect sense now.

so whats the secret to making the bolt on easy? I just got mine back from getting powdercoated and will be installing soon. Will I have to do some shaving to get them to fit? or is there someone willing to tell me otherwise....

You just need "roll center adjusters" (RCA) . Search button should be able to help you.

Ill do the shaving method first instead of purchasing the rca's. They take away some camber if your trying to fit big wheels.

Someone posted that the Supra Calipers will not fit under stock wheels w/o a 15mm spacer.

Will the LS400 Calipers fit under the Stock 17's w/o spacers?

No. Spacers still need to be used for the LS400 calipers.

You can probably get away with a 10mm spacers with the LS400 calipers. I have about 6-7mm left between the caliper and OEM wheel and that's with the 15mm spacers. Obviously with the 10mm spacers, you'll have about 1-2mm of clearance.
