wheel alighnment question

i need a wheel alighnment can i do this with my 19" or should i slap on my 17's and then go have a wheel alighnment done?

I would align it with whatever wheel you are going to be using.

when i had my last alignment done (w/my 18's), the place was not easy to find and they charged me like $120... so i was wondering, why cant i slap on my oem rims, get an alignment (at a reasonable price), and then throw my 18's back on?? can someone please elaborate?? thanks
