Default LCA assembly bushing/replacement

My car has been making low speed thumping noises and feedback. I had the car checked out and the mechanic stated that I needed new front lower control arm assemblies to be replaced. You can see here that the bushing where my coilovers bolts onto the arm needs to be replaced. I've looked up Figs and Superpro but couldn't find the exact part. Can someone point me in the right direction? Thanks!

FEBEST TAB-494 trailing arm bushing is what you're looking for

or the entire OEM arm, 48620-30300 RH, 48640-30300 LH.

Thank you! Just what I was looking for! Without unbolting the nut, would the scratch markings on the arm automatically indicate that the bushing is gone?

It's hard to tell if the markings are from bushing being worn or mechanic trying to turn the bolt?
